• Community data: Posts, comments, likes, follows, event registrations, reports, and organization-page activity you choose to create.
• Professional and organization data: License or registration details supplied for creator verification, plus page and campaign information submitted by organizations.
• Care and payment data: Information you share when seeking services, and transaction details when you pay for sessions or other services. We do not ask for mobile-money PINs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use account information to provide the platform, enforce the age requirement, operate the community, review reports and professional or organization applications, administer events, process eligible payments, and protect account security.

3. Confidentiality and Data Sharing

Posts and comments in the community are visible to other WayOut members. Do not post session notes, private medical details, or information you do not want other members to see. Professional verification details are collected for review and are not displayed as public posts. WayOut does not provide private health records or therapy activity to advertisers for ad targeting.

4. Advertising and third parties

Organization advertisements are reviewed before display and are intended to use contextual placement, not sensitive mental-health information. Payment, video, hosting, and analytics providers may process information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy notices.

5. Your choices and requests

You can choose what to share in public posts and can report content that concerns you. For requests to access, correct, or delete account information, contact info@wayoutplatforms.com. Requests may be subject to legal, safety, and payment-record retention requirements.
