WayOut provides a social community and tools for discovering independent mental-health professionals, events, organizations, and services. Community posts and events are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and creator verification is not a guarantee of outcomes. WayOut is not an emergency service. If you may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis service available in your area.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the community. You are responsible for maintaining your account security and providing accurate information. Do not impersonate a professional or organization, harass others, share private information without permission, or post content that promotes harm. WayOut may review reports and restrict accounts or content under its safety rules.

4. Community content and advertisements

Posts and comments are visible to WayOut members. You are responsible for content you submit and should not include private clinical records or details you do not want shared. Organizations may submit relevant campaigns for review. An ad campaign does not run until WayOut confirms payment and approves the content. Ads must not target people using diagnoses, therapy activity, or other sensitive health information.

5. Payments and third-party services

Fees and payment instructions will be shown or provided before a paid service is activated. Payment processing and event-hosting services may be provided by third parties and are subject to their terms.

6. Limits and availability

WayOut provides the platform and community tools but does not control advice, services, or outcomes provided by independent professionals or organizations. We work to maintain safe and reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every user-provided statement is accurate.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
